Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All products offered by KavyamTunes are custom digital creations. Once a song is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refunds in Special Cases

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances and remain at the sole discretion of KavyamTunes:

• Duplicate payment caused by a technical error.

• Non-delivery of a purchased song due to a verified system failure.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at kavyamtunes@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

• Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Creative Dissatisfaction

Since each song is uniquely generated based on the inputs you provide, we cannot guarantee specific creative preferences, styles, or outcomes. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with artistic results.
